Pupils who live in areas within our catchment such as Burghead, Hopeman, Cummingston and Duffus are entitled to school transport to and from school.

This is organised by PTU at Moray Council.

Application for school transport

All pupils will be allocated a bus on which to travel. They must only ride on the bus that they have been allocated to so all pupils will have a seat. Pupils should also carry their bus passes on them when using school transport. If there any concerns about the school buses, please contact the school.

No one is allowed on school transport if they do not have a bus pass. 

There will be bus pass checks at least once a term to ensure with our prefect team helping  with this.

Behaviour

Any pupil who misbehaves may have their pass withdrawn by the driver and handed to the school with a report of the actions. This may result in action taken by the school which can include allocating pupils to specific seats on the bus, exclusion from School Transport or any other consequence deemed appropriate by the school. During any bus exclusion, the parent assumes full responsibility to transport the child to and from school.
